How it works

    The Wall of Woes

    Attendees write the challenges they're facing on sticky notes and post them on a wall.

  2. 2

    The Wall of Wisdom

    People who've already solved a challenge add their contact info to that note and become potential session leaders. People also share their own wins on extra notes.

  3. 3

    The Agenda Build

    In a fast 20-minute session, the room turns the notes into the agenda for the day's breakout sessions.

  4. 4

    The Sessions

    Peer-led breakout conversations, led by people with firsthand experience. Companies with their own subject matter experts get woven in.

It runs from three hours to a full day, depending on how many sessions the room wants.

Each session feels like business therapy: real challenges, actionable insights, and the relief of finding out you're not the only one.

Lead a session

Partners get a dedicated session they run during the Think Tank. You choose the topic, and we make sure the right people are in the room. It's peer-to-peer expertise, not a sales pitch.

Pre-event workshop (optional add-on)

Run a workshop before the Think Tank.

Workshops typically run 90 minutes.

Logo and link on the event page, social media recognition, and the attendee list from the event, including contact information.

Please note: Think Tanks are open to the community, so your targets can be invited, but competitors aren't excluded.
